Reduced-rate legal wording
VAT rate: unless contested in writing within one month of receiving the invoice, the client is deemed to acknowledge that (1) the works are carried out on a dwelling first occupied at least ten years before the date of the first invoice for these works, (2) that after the works the dwelling is used exclusively or mainly as a private home, and (3) that the works are supplied and invoiced to a final consumer.
Added to the quote as soon as a line uses the reduced rate. In Belgium it is what makes the 6 % rate stand.
